Uwem Umoh, Managing Attorney
Uwem Umoh founded the firm to give working people experienced, direct representation against employers and their lawyers. He has litigated employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases before New York agencies and in state and federal court, including through trial and appeal.
Employers have HR departments and lawyers. Most workers have no one: no union, or a union that won’t fight for them, and nowhere to turn. I started this practice to fix that imbalance and give workers the same informed advocate their employers already have.
